Daily Politics is a British television show launched by the BBC in 2003 and presented by Andrew Neil and Jo Coburn. The programme takes an in-depth look at the daily goings on in Westminster and other areas across Britain and the world, and includes interviews with leading politicians and political commentators.

Hosted by Evan Solomon Monday to Thursday, the show airs from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. weekdays. Since fall 2011, other CBC political correspondents have hosted on Fridays, as CBC Radio One's The House, now also hosted by Solomon, is recorded on Fridays.
Politics Now was a Scottish political programme produced and broadcast by STV in northern and central Scotland. The programme, broadcast for 40 weeks of the year, on a Thursday evenings after the main ITV news, covered all of the big Political developments in Westminster, Brussels and Holyrood in detail. The programme was presented by STV's political editor Bernard Ponsonby with features reports and contributions from the rest of STV's political unit - Westminster correspondent Harry Smith, political correspondent Jamie Livingstone and freelance reporter David Torrance. The programme was originally presented by former political correspondent Michael Crow until his departure from the station in January 2009. The series was replaced in 2011 by Scotland Tonight, which broadcast Mondays to Thursdays on STV covering current affairs and politics.

In its original format in 1996 it was hosted by Geraldine Harney and Seán Duignan. The programme reflects on the political week, with interviews and discussions. The majority of guests are politicians who are Teachta Dálaí or Irish Senators. The programme is broadcast live at noon on Sunday and is repeated throughout the day on RTÉ News Now and its traditional late night slot on RTÉ One. The programme moved from its late night slot to midday in January 2013. The programme also has reports from RTÉ News and Current Affairs reporters.

Originally started as This Week at War, the program focused on the week's news in regards to U.S.-involved wars, security in the United States, and terrorism. Due to much excitement over the 2008 presidential election season, the title was changed to This Week in Politics in January 2008. Airing on CNN/US, the program appeared at 6 p.m. ET Saturdays and 2 p.m. ET Sundays, hosted by Tom Foreman.
